Joshua Barnes
Founder, Coach and Mentor
Joshua Barnes is the Founder and President of Process Mentors, Inc., a PMI Disciplined Agile Partner. Our core focus is on training, assessments, and coaching services. Joshua is a Certified Disciplined Agile Instructor (CDAI) as well as Certified Disciplined Agile Coach (CDAC) and 1 of 8 people in the world selected to train other PMI Disciplined Agile Instructors (DAIT). To date, he is the only authorized DAIT that PMI selected to train instructor candidates in a virtual live instructor format. He has trained thousands of people in both co-located as well as virtual live formats.
Joshua has extensive experience with over 20+ years and certifications in industry-recognized agile frameworks (SPC, PSM2, PSPO, etc.). One of his personal goals is to support the growth of the PMI Disciplined Agile community. He is a published author, conference presenter, and leader in the Disciplined Agile community.
Glen Little
Coach and Instructor
Glen is a Certified Disciplined Agile Coach and Instructor. He actively and consistently helped evolve the DA toolkit since 2013. Additionally, he contributed new ideas and strategies to extend DA, developed DA courseware, and provided updates based on training and coaching experience. Glen most recently served as a Principal Consultant with Scott Ambler & Associates / Disciplined Agile Inc. He used the DA toolkit as both DA Coach and Instructor to transform enterprises to DA DevOps. This extensive experience resulted in being inducted as one of four Disciplined Agile Fellows globally, the highest honor a member of the Disciplined Agile community can receive.
Paul Sims
Coach and Instructor
In 2014, Paul completed a 30-year career in hardware and software engineering at the IBM Toronto Lab. Paul obtained the Project Management Professional® certification in 2013. In late 2014, at Scott’s invitation, Paul joined Scott Ambler + Associates, later named Disciplined Agile Inc., and became a Certified Disciplined Agile Coach and Certified Disciplined Agile Instructor, offering consulting services to clients seeking to improve their business agility. Now he pairs with Rod Bray and works for Scrum Masters Inc. as an instructor and team/enterprise coach.
Rod Bray
Coach and Instructor
Involved in Information Technology for more than 40 years, Rod has held the positions of Developer, Architect, Consultant, Project Manager, and most recently Agile Coach and Instructor. Rod has been certified in Disciplined Agile as a Coach (CDAC) and Instructor (CDAI) since 2014. Now he partners with Paul Sims as part of the Scrum Masters team to provide instruction, coaching and consulting services for clients seeking to delight their stakeholders and improve time to market.
